"After owning the Europa for about a year, one night I blew them up during an intense and rowdy jam session. Man, they were so fried, even your technicians were impressed! Although they were quickly and expertly repaired, I took the opportunity to move up to the Europa Max. Where I thought I wanted a subwoofer with the Europa, I don't need one with the Max. As I hooked them up I could tell. They are 100 percent better than the Europas. I wish I didn't have to go to work today. I'm a former disc jockey and have listened to a lot of music. These things sound deliciously great!"

"Based on my ears alone, I'd think these were very large and much more expensive speakers. They effortlessly fill my 13x22x8 space, and I suspect would do as well in a space two or more times that size.
"The imaging, detail, and transparency are extraordinary. I'm an accomplished (amateur) cellist, and I've never heard the sound of cellos reproduced this accurately before. They're truly 'right there.' I loved my classic Spica TC-50's -- known for their precise imaging and musicality -- and my new Max's are all they were and a lot more -- extended top and bottom-end response, greatly enhanced detail. Roy provided advice every step of the way to optimize the Max's performance in my system."
